Svastha is a breath first practice. This class works on going in and quieting the mind through the use of breath. Good breath work is essential to finding the quietness inside and deepening the practice.
Each class will teach the student how to establish good breathing habits in both the postures and in Pranayamas.The class finishes with 15 minutes of dedicated Pranayama.
This class is intended for students with some knowledge of yoga.
