Restorative Yoga is about slowing down and using slow, passive stretches and holds to open the body. During the long holds, your muscles are able to open deeply.
Props such as blankets, blocks, and bolsters are used for support during the poses and to develop greater range of motion for each individual.
Students leave class feeling relaxed, open and refreshed physically, mentally and emotionally.
Restorative Yoga is for any level of student from beginner to the more experienced yogi.
