This class is for students who may be new to yoga or have been practicing and enjoy an alignment based class. The class will incorporate the use of props, such as blocks and straps. With Susan's knowledge of yoga and teaching experience, her students enjoy moving in and out of poses that may be new and unique to your practice. Susan also incorporates the props in ways that help to deepen your stretch, allowing you to really feel the release of tension.
With the use of props and attention on alignment, this class will be accessible to all levels of yogis.
