This class is appropriate for students with a regular and serious practice. It is not advisable for somebody who has never practiced yoga.
The practice will be a mix of moderately paced flow yoga, with a particular emphasis on Iyengar-like alignment. Various props will be incorporated and poses will be demonstrated and held for time. Standing poses, balances, back and forward bends, twists and inversions will be incorporated (all levels will find an inversion opportunity).
**Please note, the last Friday of each month this class is a YIN practice.
