Erika is so excited to share her love of yoga with you! As a professional musician she suffered greatly from physical and mental injuries and the biggest game changer for her was developing a regular yoga practice to help connect the breath, mind, and body. Since high school in 1999 yoga has always been in her peripheral, but Erika’s interest in the field has grown exponentially in the last five years as she experienced a lower stress, stronger, and more content life. Her goal is to bring a soft-spoken voice and caring environment to all of her students with a touch of humor. Erika has a special interest in working with prenatal students, postnatal mamas, the military community, and anyone new to yoga because she loves supporting and working with people during these special times. Erika went to Charm City Yoga/YogaWorks in Baltimore for her teacher trainings (200 hour and prenatal) and has never looked back. She looks forward to working with you and finding a way to help enhance your overall wellbeing through the amazing power of yoga.
