In addition to traditional yoga, Mr. Ponder also conducts classes in chair yoga and yoga for cancer patients.
A fair amount of the time is spent loosening the joints and muscles and exercising in a seated position in the chairs and, if possible, we also do asanas standing, using the chairs for support. The exercises are adjusted for individual needs. The class proceeds at a comfortable pace.
