Sarah had been practicing yoga for 10 years when it became such an essential element in her life that she was drawn to teach others. Working a full-time corporate job for 30 years and having raised three boys, she understands the stresses of daily life and the need to stay grounded and connected to your own sense of self. Her classes are Vinyasa style and use a wide range of music. She incorporates breath, meditation, energy work, and an awareness to now –where all of the fun is! Sarah was RYT500 trained by Neva Ingalls has now been teaching for 10 years and. She also works with medicinal plants, aromatherapy, and is Reiki trained.
