His classes are sequenced based upon the needs of the students and draw heavily from an understanding of the principles of movement and progression. Through concentration on alignment within the postures, free breathing and directed gaze, the practices of yoga can be gateways to greater awareness which then seeps into other areas of one’s life.

Vinyasa All Levels
This class is intended for those who have knowledge of yoga asanas and want to start fresh and invigorated for the last day of the work week. Be prepared to move through a moderate intensity flow. Students will work their whole body, through standing poses, then wind down their practice on the mat, but not before adding some core work! Savasana will end the practice allowing students to absorb the benefits of an early morning practice.
After our 60 minute class, if time permits, stay for some extra minutes of meditation.
Class temperature will be set to 75-80.
This 75-minute class is intended for the regular yoga practitioner, one who has a basic understanding of asana postures. Students can expect a challenging class that builds heat strength, stamina, and flexibility while exploring intermediate poses. Through Lauren’s nurturing and lighthearted teaching style the postures will feel more accessible and less intimidating.
The studio temperature will be adjusted depending on outside weather conditions to suit the comfort level of students and to optimize the benefits of the practice.
