Francisca is a Reiki Master and an Experienced Register Yoga Teacher, member of The Yoga Alliance, and certify in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Integral yoga. Her Yoga class is a fusion of hatha, pranayama, and meditation for all. Francisca wellness background contributes to her focus on safety and body awareness while enjoying mindful movements. She works with the inner awareness and the breath, fostering an individual experience, that takes each student to his or her own limits, yielding maximum benefit and preventing injury, therefore, welcoming all levels. Alleviate and invigorate your body joints to ease your yoga practice and lifestyle. This workshop focuses on the Joint-Freeing Yoga Series of movements developed by the late Mukunda Stiles as part of his “Structural Yoga Therapy”. Joint Freeing Yoga consists of 21 exercises, based on simple asanas working their way up from the feet to the head through all the joints of the body. The class is designed to “move each joint gently and systematically through its full and natural range of motion, to enhance mobility and relieve joint pain and stiffness” (Mukunda). $35 per student Members get 10% off workshop
