The Yoga Nidra taught in this workshop is the authentic practice derived from Swami Satyananda’s extensive study of the tantras and Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras. The other forms of Yoga Nidra taught today by different studios and meditation centers are not based on this knowledge and have varying degrees of effectiveness.

In this special four-part series we will work with the full toolkit of yoga to help students experience profound relaxation at different levels of being, and cultivate the attitude of the witness to help better manage chronic pain.
